Nebula Mystery Box

Received the capsule 3 google tv. There is a fair amount of lag navigating the menu or entering search characters and the range of unit is less than expected unless the room is completely dark. In general, I do not recommend. I would return but this mystery box was a scam.

I imagined some worker going into the warehouse and choosing my device for me but unfortunately they went straight to Amazon Canada and said to ship out the Capsule 3. Nice little system they have here but I call BS.

Capsule 3 GTV isn’t bright enough even with the windows shut in a pitch black screen on a 100” screen. Definitely don’t believe the hype but it is a cool little device. Also, when you mention that it’s a little laggy and the picture quality isn’t great. They tell you to prove it and overall don’t care after the money is in their account. I’ll be keeping the device but want to warn people that the “mystery” isn’t a mystery.. they just tell Amazon to ship the lowest.

I think for the price, if you don’t need all the fancy buttons on the remote or the portability, a $60 Amazon special will be the same quality.. probably a touch brighter and less colour accuracy but you’ll save quite a lot.

The difference in brightness from ECO mode to plugged in mode is a good amount and truly the only way to use it. ECO mode would work on a wall while your cooking or something in a small size but without this device being plugged in, on a decent screen (mines a 1.1 gain Elite Screen B grade to make it work a smidge better).

If you can pay a little more, go with the Laser or Mars Air.

I bought the mystery box just for fun as I was shopping for a portable projector. The ones being offered for the mystery box suited me and no matter what I got it was a better price than buying it individually. A great surprise as when I received my mystery box. Thanks!

got a kick ass deal!!! the Mars 3 Air is beyond amazing! I thought i was going to get the cheapest models in the mystery box and it was all a scam, but i actually got a wicked deal!!!!
