Capsule 3 (New) | 1080p Mini Google TV Projector

When the Nebula Capsule II Smart Mini Projector worked, it worked well. The picture quality, sound, and portability were impressive, and we enjoyed using it as a secondary projector in our home.

Unfortunately, for a product that costs almost $600, the longevity is extremely disappointing. After just three years of light, occasional use, the unit stopped working entirely. Despite following all troubleshooting steps, the device will no longer stay on long enough to even reset it properly.

When I contacted Nebula support, I was told the unit was out of warranty and was offered only a 10% discount on a new purchase. Even after escalating to a customer service manager, the company stood by this minimal offer, despite acknowledging that the unit is defective.

For a premium-priced product, I expected much better quality and support. The company’s unwillingness to stand behind their product beyond a short warranty period — especially when it clearly failed prematurely — shows a lack of accountability and care for customers.

I cannot recommend the Nebula Capsule II, nor would I purchase another Nebula product in the future. If you’re considering this projector, be aware that you may only get a few years of use, and very little help if something goes wrong after that.

Portable and great image but it’s too expensive

3:30 projection time would be nice for longer movie.

Great addition to our family movie night. Love that it has the apps ready to go. Decent speaker, although if we’re bringing it outside we do use a Bluetooth speaker. Great picture and easy to adjust. Highly recommend

This projector is a game changer we love so much sound quality and video quality is a great choice
