Step 1: Purchase a deposit on the page.
Step 2: Once the official Kickstarter campaign goes live, go to the launch page and select soundcore Nebula X1 Pro and any add-ons.
Step 3: Your payment will be processed by Kickstarter within one week after the campaign ends. Before that, your pledge is only a reservation, and no funds will be collected.
Step 4: After the campaign ends, we will refund the $100 deposit. For Kickstarter orders, the $200 discount will be refunded within two weeks after you receive a tracking number, indicating the product has been shipped.

We use your Kickstarter email address to match with our pre-order list and verify if you've placed a deposit. Please use the same email address for both your deposit and your Kickstarter account.
After you check the box for "email me with news and offers" at the payment page, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your deposit purchase was successful.

We are continuously working to expand shipping services to more countries.
Mass production of soundcore Nebula X1 Pro will begin in November, and shipments will start after the Kickstarter campaign concludes. Please be advised that estimated delivery times may vary depending on your region, with initial shipments commencing in November. We sincerely appreciate your support and will maintain transparent communication throughout the fulfillment process.

We cover the shipping fees for projectors in the United States, Canada and Hong Kong. For other countries and regions, we will be subsidizing a significant part of the shipping costs, but you may still need to pay a portion-approximately $50-$100. Please note that shipping fees for the UAE and Saudi Arabia are $300. The exact shipping costs will be announced soon.
