Low brightness, poor quality picture, buggy software

So far, I’m happy with the device. I wish it was a little bit brighter, but overall it serves its purpose as a pocket device that we can use anywhere. My daughter is using it and her dorm room since she doesn’t have room for a TV.

Capsule 3 New (Refurbished)

Me and my wife were on the fence about whether or not to purchase a projector for the past year.

We were looking for an all-in-one portable package that included speakers, and worked for gaming. The Capsule 3 checked all those boxes, so when we saw they had refurbished options on a 50% discount, we took the jump.

The Capsule did not disappoint! It delivers a crisp 1080p image, and it's bright enought so that we don't need to worry too much about shutting down all the blinds, and can be used during daytime.

We've even used it for gaming last weekend and it was the coolest thing ever. A worry for me was that it wasn't going to work for gaming, because projectors usually suffer from huge input delay, but something that's not mentioned enough about the Capsule is that you get two different levels of fast response time: fast and extreme. I ended up using fast and it was good enough for a casual single player game (Alan Wake II).
