Worst customer support!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I returned an item over 25 days ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive my refund. The customer service team kept promising updates but never provided any real resolution. This delay has caused me significant frustration, and I feel like my issue was not taken seriously. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Overall it's a good product. But for the price and specs I was expecting a sharper image. The auto focus and alignment isnt great and for some reason the manual focus doesn't do anything.

En'Capsule'ated Perfection

This little piece of technology is awesome! I bought the soundcore Nebula Capsule instead of a TV for our small Master Bedroom. It is a small wonder everytime we turn it on. I wanted something portable so I could take it anywhere. It really is perfect for small gatherings. The picture quality is good, and it sounds wonderful! It does exactly what it was intended for! My only regret is not buying this sooner. For the price it simply can't be beat. I might upgrade in the future... But really don't have a reason to yet. I can already see myself getting the Cosmos Laser 4k, not to replace the Capsule, but for when I want something for bigger gatherings. I'm a happy customer! I've been showing off my new toy to everyone!
