We upgraded from the Cosmo 4K and to the new X1. It is set up as our main TV source. I wish it would have been CLEARLY stated that if you’re in a large room and more than 3.5 meters away, you will have to refocus every single time you power on. This is even after update that was supposed to fix it. A call to customer service was off zero help. The picture isn’t any better than the cosmos 4k we had. It’s frustrating and time consuming.

Battery Issue

Nebula overheated and smoked overnight. Had to throw it away due to battery issues and safety concerns.

Unable to remove from cart

Feels scammy to add this automatically without my consent and not allow me to remove it.
