Terms & Conditions

Participation Qualification

1. Any US residents who sign up on SeeNebula.com can refer friends. By providing a valid email address and accepting the program’s Terms & Conditions, you can refer your friends and family to join the referral site.
2. You cannot refer yourself. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (i.e. the same email, IP address, or browser session), determined at Nebula's sole discretion. Please note, that due to technical restrictions we are unable to manually correct, add, and confirm referrals if the criteria to identify orders are not met.
Qualified Referral

A Qualified Referral is defined as a product purchase that meets the following criteria:
1. Made via the site by a person who arrives by clicking on the unique Refer-a-Friend Program link (a "Referred Customer") provided to you by Nebula under the Refer-A-Friend Program.
2. Order value after discount must exceed $300.
3. The Referrer’s unique referral link may not be shared, sold, or used in any way except for the Referrer to obtain Qualified Referrals.
4. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (i.e. the same email, IP address, or browser session), determined at Nebula's sole discretion.
5. Nebula will review the referred order within 30 days. Once a referred purchase is verified, you will receive another confirmation email to collect your gift card reward. Orders are not verified if they are returned or do not meet the above rules.
Referral Rewards

1. Nobody tells the Nebula story better than you, our customer. So when you recommend an applicable Nebula purchase via the referral link, we’ll send you a $50 SeeNebula.com gift card once we verify the order 30 days later. The more friends you invite, the more you can earn.
2. Your friend gets a special discount when he or she purchases via your referral link.
How to Claim Your Reward

1. When someone buys through your referral link, you will see the records when you log into your account. The purchase still needs to be verified by Nebula per the rules above.
2. Nebula will review the referred order within 30 days. Orders are not verified if they are returned or do not meet the rules above.
3. Once a referred purchase is verified, you will receive a confirmation email to collect your gift card reward.
Multiple Referrals

Friends referred to the Nebula Referral Program may only use one referral link. If a Referred Customer receives links from multiple SeeNebula.com users, only the referrer of the first order by the Referred Customer will receive a reward.
Termination and Changes

Nebula may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
Nebula reserves the right to suspend accounts or remove referral rewards if Nebula notices any activity Nebula believes is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the SeeNebula.com Terms of Service. Nebula reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals at our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
Nebula terms of service and privacy policy shall apply to this Referral Program.
